Let’s

--------------------------------------------
Today we use the
Gregorian calendar from Pope Gregory; from the 1500’s
Today is November 25, 2017 - in the 21 Century
November -- the nineth month – now it is the 11th month
Middle English Novembre
Latin November
Latin Novembris mensis "nineth month"
Novembris had 30 days, until Numa when it had 29 days, until Julius when it became
30 days long.
-----------------
We acknowledge God’s
calendar
We are now in the ninth month of God called Chislev כִסְלֵו - 5th day
Zech.7 [1] And it came to pass in
the fourth year of king Darius, that the word of Yehovah came unto Zechariah
in the fourth day of the ninth month, even in Chisleu - Chislev

Always remember: Embellished made-up
stories are still lies!
Sad to
say, I know most of the world is getting ready to do the made up Chanukah and Christmas now.
I get so many emails about these holidays to buy, buy, and buy.
Stores can’t be setup fast enough for these days to make money.
Another year goes by and a new generation of the youth is deceived.
-------------------------
“Tis the season to be
pagan” is all around us!
I am reminded always to inform you to beware of
the false image of love,
false emotions, loneliness, depression, financial drain, suicide.
Be aware of the artificial,
false festival lights and music they put up.
Satan really sets the stage for you.
Beware if you feel or hear a voice
telling you to separate yourself from the congregation, go off on your own and read or whatever.
Scriptures says:
Prov.11 [14] Where no counsel
is, the people fall: but in the multitude of
counselors there is safety.

Today Topic:
Make a difference in your life
Put a
difference between good and bad traditions and doctrines
Put a
difference between Light and darkness
Gen.1
[1] In the beginning God created the heaven and
the earth.
[2] And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of
the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
[3] And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
[4] And God saw the light, that it was good: and God
divided the light from the darkness.
[5] And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And
the evening and the morning were the first day.
John.1
[1] In the
beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
[2] The same was in the beginning with God.
[3] All things were made by him; and without him was not any
thing made that was made.
[4] In him was life; and the life was the light of
men.
[5] And the light shineth in darkness;
and the darkness comprehended it not.
[6] There was
a man sent from God, whose name was John.
[7] The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the
Light, that
all men through him might believe.
[8] He was not that Light, but was sent to bear
witness of that Light.
[9] That was the true Light, which lighteth
every man that cometh into the world.
[10] He was in
the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
[11] He came
unto his own, and his own received him not.
[12] But as
many as received him, to them gave he power to become
the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
[13] Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the
will of man, but of God.
[14] And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we
beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of
grace and truth.
1John.1
[1] That which
was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes,
which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;
[2] (For the life was manifested, and we have
seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that
eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)
[3] That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may
have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with
his Son Yeshua the Messiah
[4]
And these things write we unto you, that your joy may
be full.
[5] This then
is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him
is no darkness at all.
[6] If
we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do
not the truth:
[7]
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with
another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth
us from all sin.
[8] If
we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
[9] If
we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to
cleanse us from all unrighteousness.[10] If
we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
2Cor.4[6] For God, who commanded
the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give
the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Yeshua the Messiah.
1John.1
[5] This then is the message
which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that
God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
[6] If we say
that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the
truth:
------------------------
There
are many contrasts between light and darkness depicted in many different ways
in scripture.
Whether
there are clean, unclean, people of the world or of God, doctrines, traditions,
and others, we should be able to discern righteous, true judgment or each
matter, person or situation.
Here
are a few verses to learn from:
Pss.18
[28] For thou wilt light my candle:
Yehovah my God will enlighten my darkness.
Pss.112
[4] Unto
the upright there ariseth light in the darkness:
he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.
Matt.5
[1] And seeing
the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples
came unto him:
[2] And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,
[3] Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
[4] Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
[5] Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
[6] Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they
shall be filled.
[7] Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
[8] Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
[9] Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
[10] Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs
is the kingdom of heaven.
[11] Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall
say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
[12] Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so
persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
[13] Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour,
wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good
for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
[14] Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
[15] Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a
candlestick; and it giveth
light unto all that are in the house.
[16] Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your
good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
-----------
1Thes.5
[4] But ye, brethren, are not in
darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
[5] Ye are all the children of light, and the children
of the day: we are not of the night, nor of
darkness.
[6] Therefore
let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
[7] For they
that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be
drunken are drunken in the night.
[8] But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on
the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet,
the hope of salvation.
[9] For God
hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Yeshua the Messiah,
[10] Who died
for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.[11] Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one
another, even as also ye do.
John.12
[36] While ye have light, believe in the light, that
ye may be the children of light.
Eph.5
[8] For
ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye
light in Yehovah: walk as children of light
Luke.1
John the Baptist
- [76] And thou, child, shalt
be called the prophet of the Highest:
for thou shalt go before the face of Yehovah
Yeshua to prepare His ways;
[77] To give
knowledge of salvation unto his people by the remission of their sins,
[78] Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high
hath visited us,
[79] To give light to them that sit in darkness
and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.
[80] And the
child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, and was in the deserts till the day of
his shewing unto Israel.
Luke.22[53] When I was daily with you in the temple, ye
stretched forth no hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.
John.3[19] And this is the condemnation, that light is
come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their
deeds were evil.
John.8[12] Then spake Yeshua again unto them, saying, I am the light of the
world: he that followeth me shall not walk in
darkness, but shall have the light of life.
John.12
[35] Then Yeshua said unto them, Yet a
little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness
come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.
[46] I am come
a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in
darkness.
2
Cor.6 [14] Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers:
for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and
what communion hath light with darkness?
[15] And what concord hath Messiah with Belial? or what
part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
[16] And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for
ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them,
and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
[17] Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith Yehovah, and touch not the
unclean thing; and I will receive you,
[18] And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith Yehovah Almighty.

Make a
difference
Exod.11
[7]… But
against any of the children of Israel shall not a dog move his tongue, against
man or beast: that ye may know how that Yehovah doth put a difference between the Egyptians and Israel.
Lev.10
[10] And that ye may put difference
between holy and unholy, and between unclean and clean;
Lev.11[47] To make a difference
between the unclean and the clean, and between the beast that may be
eaten and the beast that may not be eaten.
Lev.20
[25] Ye shall therefore put difference between clean beasts and unclean, and between unclean fowls and
clean: and ye shall not make your souls abominable by beast, or by fowl, or by
any manner of living thing that creepeth on the
ground, which I have separated from you as unclean.
Ezek.44
[23] And they shall teach my people the
difference between the holy and profane, and cause them to discern
between the unclean and the clean.
Amos.3
[1] Hear this
word that Yehovah hath spoken against you, O children of
Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt,
saying,
[2] You only have I known of all the families
of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.
[3]
Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
[4] Will a
lion roar in the forest, when he hath no prey? will a
young lion cry out of his den, if he have taken nothing?
[5] Can a bird fall in a snare upon the earth, where no gin is for him? shall one take up a snare from the earth, and have taken
nothing at all?
[6] Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a
city, and Yehovah hath not done it?
------------------------------
However, some people:
Ezek.22 [26] Her priests have
violated My law,
and have profaned Mine holy things:
they have put no difference between the holy and profane,
neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the
clean,
and have hid their eyes from My sabbaths,
and I am profaned among them.
Isa.5 [20] Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness
for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for
bitter!
[21] Woe unto them that are wise in their own
eyes, and prudent in their own sight!
[22] Woe unto them that are mighty to drink
wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink:
[23] Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of
the righteous from him!
-----------------------------
Some traditions and
doctrines scripturally based, some not
Matt.15
[1] Then came to Yeshua
scribes and Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem,
saying, [2] Why
do thy disciples transgress the tradition of the
elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat
bread.
[3] But he answered and said unto them, Why
do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition?
[4] For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.
[5] But you say,
Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever
thou mightest be profited by me;
[6] And honour not his father or his mother, he shall
be free. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of
none effect by your tradition.
[7] Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias
prophesy of you, saying,
[8] This people draweth nigh unto me with their
mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their
heart is far from me.
[9] But in vain they do
worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
Mark 7
[8] For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men...[9] And he said unto them, Full well
ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.
Paul tells the Colossians to beware!
Col.2
[16] Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or
in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
[17] Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Messiah.
[18] Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary
humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath
not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
[19] And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands
having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth
with the increase of God.
[20] Wherefore
if ye be dead with Messiah from the rudiments of the world, why, as though
living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,(of
man) - [21] (Touch not; taste not; handle not;[22] Which all are to perish with the using;) after the
commandments and doctrines of men?
------
2 Thes.2 [15] Therefore,
brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye
have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
2 Thes.3 [6] Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, that ye withdraw yourselves from every
brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us.
1Pet.1 [18] Forasmuch as ye
know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your
fathers;
[19] But with the precious blood of Messiah, as of a lamb without blemish and
without spot:
[20] Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was
manifest in these last times for you,
[21] Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave
him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.
-------------------------------------
Acts.26
[12]
Whereupon as I went to Damascus with authority and commission from the chief
priests,
[13] At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the
brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me.
[14] And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto
me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest
thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the
pricks.
[15] And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Yeshua whom thou persecutest.
[16] But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this
purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou
hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;
[17] Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I
send thee,
[18] To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light,
and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and
inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
Rom.13[12] The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.
2Cor.6
[14] Be ye
not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion
hath light with darkness?
Eph.5[8]
For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in Yehovah:
walk as children of light:
[11] And have no fellowship with the unfruitful
works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
Eph.6[12]
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against
powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this
world, against spiritual wickedness in high
places.
Col.1[13]Yehovah hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us
into the kingdom of his dear Son:
1Pet.2[9] But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a
peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the
praises of him who hath called you out of
darkness into his marvellous light:
2Pet.2[4] For if God spared not
the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
[17] These are
wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is
reserved for ever.
1John.2[8] Again, a new commandment I write unto you,
which thing is true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the
true light now shineth.
[9] He that saith he is in the light, and hateth
his brother, is in darkness even until now.
[11] But he
that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth
not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath
blinded his eyes.
Rev.16[10] And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon
the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of
darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,

Good
and bad doctrine
Deut.32
[1] Give ear, O ye
heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth.
[2] My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall
distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers
upon the grass:
[3]
Because I will publish the name of Yehovah: ascribe
ye greatness unto our God.
[4]
He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are
judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
Prov.4[2] For I give you good
doctrine, forsake ye not my law.
Jer.10[8] But they are altogether brutish and foolish: the stock is a doctrine of vanities.
Matt.7[28] And it came to pass, when Yeshua
had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:
Matt.16[12] Then understood they how that he bade them not
beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of
the Pharisees and of the Sadducees. Hypocrisy
Mark.1[22] And they were astonished at his doctrine: for
he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes.
[27] And they
were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What
thing is this? what new doctrine is this? for with authority commandeth he
even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him.
Mark.12[38] And Yeshua said unto them in his doctrine, Beware of the scribes,
which love to go in long clothing, and love salutations in the marketplaces, [39]
And the chief seats in the synagogues, and the uppermost rooms at feasts:
[40] Which devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayers: these
shall receive greater damnation.
Luke.4[32] And they were
astonished at his doctrine: for his word was with power.
John.7[16] Yeshua answered them,
and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his (the
Father) that sent me.
[17] If any
man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine,
whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.
John.18[19] The high priest then asked Yeshua
of his disciples, and of his doctrine.
Acts.2[42] And they continued stedfastly
in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in
prayers.
Acts.5[28] Saying, Did not we straitly
command you that ye should not teach in this name? and,
behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this
man's blood upon us.
Acts.13[12] Then the deputy, when he saw what was done,
believed, being astonished at the doctrine of Yehovah.
Acts.17[19] And they took him, and brought him unto Areopagus, saying, May we know what
this new doctrine, whereof thou speakest, is?
Rom.16[17] Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which
cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned;
and avoid them.
Eph.4[14] That we henceforth be
no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine,
by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to
deceive;
1Tim.1[3] As I besought thee to
abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge some that they teach no other doctrine, [4] Neither give heed to
fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly
edifying which is in faith: so do.
1Tim.4
[1] Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall
depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
[2]
Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
[3]
Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath
created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the
truth.
[4]
For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received
with thanksgiving:
[5]
For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
[6] If thou put the
brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt
be a good minister of Yeshua the Messiah, nourished
up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.
[7] But refuse profane and
old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto
godliness.
[8] For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all
things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
[9]
This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.
[10]
For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach,
because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour
of all men, specially of those that believe.
[11] These things command
and teach.
[12]
Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word,
in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
[13]
Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation,
to doctrine.
[14]
Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with
the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.
[15]
Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may
appear to all.
[16] Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine;
continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both
save thyself, and them that hear thee.
2Tim.3[10] But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner
of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,
[16] All
scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for
reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
2Tim.4[2] Preach the word; be
instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all
longsuffering and doctrine.[3] For the time will come when they will not endure
sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves
teachers, having itching ears;
Tit.1[9] Holding fast the
faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine
both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.
Tit.2[1]
But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine:
Heb.13[9] Be not carried about with divers and strange
doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be
established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have
been occupied therein.
2John.1[9] Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in
the doctrine of Messiah, hath not God. He that abideth
in the doctrine of Messiah, he hath both the Father and the Son.
[10] If there
come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your
house, neither bid him God speed: [11] For
he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil
deeds.

I will explain the Sabbath again quickly, if needed.
The Sabbath is not "a service" for an hour and a half, but the Sabbath is a
"whole 24 hr. day" to the God of Israel, the 4th Commandment.
The Sabbath is not every day
Scriptures says: Exod.20 [10] But the seventh day is the sabbath of Yehovah thy God:
in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter,
thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is
within thy gates:
[11] For in
six days Yehovah made heaven and earth, the sea, and
all that in them is, and rested the seventh day:
wherefore Yehovah blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
The word Sabbath is "60 times"
in the Gospels and letters
Question: S0 why are we here today?
Answer: We were told to remember the
Sabbath Day to keep it holy
The Sabbath is the 4th Commandment and part of the “covenant” given
to us at Mount Sinai in the 3rd month, Sivan
Ex. 20 [8] Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.
[9] Six
days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
[10]
But the seventh day is the Sabbath of Yehovah thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy
daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger
that is within thy gates:
[11] For
in six days Yehovah made heaven and earth, the
sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore Yehovah blessed the Sabbath day, and
hallowed it.

Lev. 23 [1] And Yehovah spake unto Moses, saying,[2] Speak unto the children of Israel, and say
unto them,
Concerning
the feasts of Yehovah, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.
[3] Six
days shall work be done: but the seventh day is
the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is
the sabbath of Yehovah in all
your dwellings.
Within your gates - in all your
dwellings
Unto this day, some people are still breaking the 4th
commandment each week by not keeping the Sabbath as it is described above.

In
closing:
Luke
11 [33] No
man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth it in a
secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which
come in may see the light.
[34] The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light;
but when thine eye is evil,
thy body also is full of darkness.
[35] Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not
darkness.
[36] If thy
whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be
full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light.
