  God has His own calendar

We are now in the 12th Month of God, Adar, and 8st day

Today we use the Gregorian calendar from Pope Gregory, from the 1500’s

Today is February 12th, 2011

February was named after the Latin term februum, which means purification, via the purification ritual Februa held on February 15 in the old Roman calendar. – Sad to say

I explain the Sabbath each week

This is how simple it is:

The Sabbath is the 4th Commandment of the covenant given to us at Mount Sinai in the 3rd month, Sivan

Exod. 20 [8] Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.

Ex. 20 [8] Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.

æëø    Remember

zâkar - zaw-kar' - A primitive root; properly to mark (so as to be recognized), that is, to remember; by implication to mention; make mention of, be mindful, recount, record (-er), remember, make to be remembered, bring (call, come, keep, put) to (in) remembrance, still, think on, well.

[9] Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:

[10] But the seventh day is the sabbath of Yehovah thy God:

-----

Rev.1 [10] I was in the Spirit on Yehovah's Day - (The Sabbath Exod. 20:10)

-----

Back to verse 10

in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

[11] For in six days Yehovah made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore Yehovah blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

 --------

Isa. 58 [13] If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of Yehovah, honourable; and shalt honour him,

1 - not doing thine own ways,

2 - nor finding thine own pleasure,

3 - nor speaking thine own words:

[14] Then shalt thou delight thyself in Yehovah; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of Yehovah hath spoken it.

------------

Lev. 23 [3] Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the Sabbath of rest, an "holy convocation"; ye shall do no work therein: it is the Sabbath of Yehovah in all your dwellings.

DwellingîåùÑá  môshâv - seat, assembly, dwelling-place, dwelling, your  situation, location, (at) time of dwelling

------------

The Sabbath is a "holy convocation"

î÷øà  miqra: convocation, convoking, reading, a calling together, sacred assembly, something called out, that is, a public meeting (the act, the persons, or the place); also a rehearsal

÷ãùÑ  kodesh: a sacred place or thing; consecrated, dedicated, hallowed, holiness, saint, sanctuary, apartness, sacredness, separateness, apartness, sacredness, holiness

 ------------

Buying and selling is evil on the Sabbath

Neh. 13 [16] There dwelt men of Tyre also therein, which brought fish, and all manner of ware, and sold on the sabbath unto the children of Judah, and in Jerusalem.

[17] Then I contended with the nobles of Judah, and said unto them,  What evil thing is this that ye do, and profane the sabbath day?

 Today's Topic:

A reminder of the invisible, the eternal

John. 4 [24] God is a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth.

----------------

Rom. 1 [20] For the invisible things of him (Yeshua) from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

Col. 1 [15] Yeshua - Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:

[16] For by him (Yeshua) were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

1 Tim. 1 [17] Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever.  Amen.

Heb. 11 [27] By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible.

Heb.1 [2] Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;

Heb.11 [3] Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

A reminder of Eternal Life

Mark 10

[17] And when he was gone forth into the way, there came one running, and kneeled to him, and asked him, Good Master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life?

[18] And Yeshua said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God.
[19] Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Defraud not, Honour thy father and mother.
[20] And he answered and said unto him, Master, all these have I observed from my youth.
[21] Then Yeshua beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me.

[22] And he was sad at that saying, and went away grieved: for he had great possessions.

[23] And Yeshua looked round about, and saith unto his disciples, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!

[24] And the disciples were astonished at his words. But Yeshua answereth again, and saith unto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God!

[25] It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

[26] And they were astonished out of measure, saying among themselves, Who then can be saved?

[27] And Yeshua looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.

[28] Then Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee.

[29] And Yeshua answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's,

[30] But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

[31] But many that are first shall be last; and the last first.

Matt. 25 [46] And these (unrighteous) shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Mark 3 [29] But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:

John 3 [15] That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

John 4 [36] And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.

John 5 [39] Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.

John 6 [54] Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

[68] Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.

John 10 [28] And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

John 12 [25] He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.

John 17 [2] As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.

[3] And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Yeshua the Messiah, whom thou hast sent.

Acts 13 [48] And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.

Rom. 2 [7] To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:

Rom. 5 [21] That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Yeshua the Messiah our Lord.

Rom. 6 [23] For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Yeshua the Messiah our Lord.

2 Cor. 4 [17] For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

[18] While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

2 Cor. 5 [1] For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

1 Tim. 6 [12] Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.

[19] Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.

Tit. 1 [2] In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

Tit. 3 [7] That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

1 John 2 [25] And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.

1 John 3 [15] Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.

1 John 5 [11] And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

[13] These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

[20] And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Yeshua the Messiah. This is the true God, and eternal life.

Jude 1 [7] Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

[21] Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah unto eternal life.

The image of the heavenly

A spiritual body

We shall be changed

1 Cor. 15

[42] So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:

[43] It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:

[44] It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

[45] And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

[46] Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

[47] The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.

[48] As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.

[49] And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

[50] Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

[51] Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

[52] In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

[53] For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

[54] So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

[55] O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
[56] The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
[57] But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Yeshua the Messiah.

[58] Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

Pss.103[17] But the mercy of the YEHOVAH is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;

Pss.106[48] Blessed be the Yehovah God of Israel from everlasting to everlasting: and let all the people say, Amen. Praise ye the YEHOVAH.

Prov.8 [23] I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was.

John.17[5] And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.

1Cor.2[7] But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

---------------------

There was a beginning for us

Gen.1[1] In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

John.1[1] In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.[2] The same was in the beginning with God.

Isa.41

[4] Who hath wrought and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I the YEHOVAH, the first, and with the last; I am he.

Gen.2

[1] Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
[2] And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
[3] And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
[4] These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the YEHOVAH God made the earth and the heavens,
[5] And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the YEHOVAH God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.
[6] But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.
[7] And the YEHOVAH God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
[8] And the YEHOVAH God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.
[9] And out of the ground made the YEHOVAH God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil

God tells the future

[8] Remember this, and shew yourselves men: bring it again to mind, O ye transgressors.
[9] Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,
[10] Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:

Isa.48

[3] I have declared the former things from the beginning; and they went forth out of my mouth, and I shewed them; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass.

[5] I have even from the beginning declared it to thee; before it came to pass I shewed it thee: lest thou shouldest say, Mine idol hath done them, and my graven image, and my molten image, hath commanded them.

[7] They are created now, and not from the beginning; even before the day when thou heardest them not; lest thou shouldest say, Behold, I knew them.

[16] Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now the Yehovah GOD, and his Spirit, hath sent me.

Isa.64

[4] For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him.

John.8

[25] Then said they unto him, Who art thou? And Yeshua saith unto them, Even the same that I said unto you from the beginning.

[44] Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Acts.15[18] Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world.

A beginning of months and year

Exod.12[2] This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you

Num.10[10] Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial before your God: I am the YEHOVAH your God.

Deut.11[12] A land which the YEHOVAH thy God careth for: the eyes of the YEHOVAH thy God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year.

Ezek.40[1] In the five and twentieth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, in the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after that the city was smitten, in the selfsame day the hand of the YEHOVAH was upon me, and brought me thither.

Matt.19

[1] And it came to pass, that when Yeshua had finished these sayings, he departed from Galilee, and came into the coasts of Judaea beyond Jordan;
[2] And great multitudes followed him; and he healed them there.
[3] The Pharisees also came unto him, tempting him, and saying unto him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause?

[4] And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,

[5] And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?
[6] Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
[7] They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away?
[8] He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.
[9] And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.

Matt.24 [21] For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

Mark.13 [19] For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.

Eph.3[9] And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Yeshua the Messiah:

1John.1[1] That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;

1John.2 [7] Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning.

[13] I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.

[14] I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.

[24] Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.

1John.3 [8] He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

[11] For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.

Rev.3[14] And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;

---------------------

God is the beginning and the ending - the first, and with the last

Rev.1 [8] I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Yehovah, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

[11] Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

[17] And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

Rev.2[8] And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;

Rev.22[13] I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

Rev.21[6] And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

Isa.41[4] Who hath wrought and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I the YEHOVAH, the first, and with the last; I am he.

Isa. 44 [6] Thus saith the YEHOVAH the King of Israel, and his redeemer the YEHOVAH of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.

Isa. 48 [12] Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last.

--------------------

God made all from nothing

Heb.11 [1] Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. [2] For by it the elders obtained a good report.

[3] Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

-------------------

To whom then will ye liken God? or what likeness will ye compare unto him?

Isa.40

[1] Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God.
[2] Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem, and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned: for she hath received of the YEHOVAH's hand double for all her sins.
[3] The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the YEHOVAH, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.
[4] Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain:
[5] And the glory of the YEHOVAH shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the YEHOVAH hath spoken it.
[6] The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field:
[7] The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the YEHOVAH bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass.
[8] The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.

[9] O Zion, that bringest good tidings, get thee up into the high mountain; O Jerusalem, that bringest good tidings, lift up thy voice with strength; lift it up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah, Behold your God!

[10] Behold, the Yehovah GOD will come with strong hand, and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.
[11] He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young.

[12] Who hath measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and meted out heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance?

[13] Who hath directed the Spirit of the YEHOVAH, or being his counseller hath taught him?
[14] With whom took he counsel, and who instructed him, and taught him in the path of judgment, and taught him knowledge, and shewed to him the way of understanding?
[15] Behold, the nations are as a drop of a bucket, and are counted as the small dust of the balance: behold, he taketh up the isles as a very little thing.
[16] And Lebanon is not sufficient to burn, nor the beasts thereof sufficient for a burnt offering.
[17] All nations before him are as nothing; and they are counted to him less than nothing, and vanity.

[18] To whom then will ye liken God? or what likeness will ye compare unto him?

[19] The workman melteth a graven image, and the goldsmith spreadeth it over with gold, and casteth silver chains.
[20] He that is so impoverished that he hath no oblation chooseth a tree that will not rot; he seeketh unto him a cunning workman to prepare a graven image, that shall not be moved.

[21] Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth?

[22] It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:
[23] That bringeth the princes to nothing; he maketh the judges of the earth as vanity.

[24] Yea, they shall not be planted; yea, they shall not be sown: yea, their stock shall not take root in the earth: and he shall also blow upon them, and they shall wither, and the whirlwind shall take them away as stubble.

[25] To whom then will ye liken me, or shall I be equal? saith the Holy One.
[26] Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who hath created these things, that bringeth out their host by number: he calleth them all by names by the greatness of his might, for that he is strong in power; not one faileth.
[27] Why sayest thou, O Jacob, and speakest, O Israel, My way is hid from the YEHOVAH, and my judgment is passed over from my God?

[28] Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the YEHOVAH, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.

[29] He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
[30] Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
[31] But they that wait upon the YEHOVAH shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Our bodies will rise and be changed at the last day

John.6[39] And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.

[40] And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

[44] No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

[54] Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

John.11[24] Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.

John.12[48] He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

The conclusion

Ecc.12 [12] And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh.

[13] Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter:

Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

[14] For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
