Today we use the Gregorian calendar from Pope Gregory; from the 1500’s,

October 31th, 2015

October -- the eighth month, now the 10th month, on well….

Middle English octobre
Latin October
Latin
octo "eight" + -ber (adj. suffix)
Latin
october mensis "eighth month"

October has always had 31 days.

---------------------------------------------------

Yehovah has His own calendar

We are now in the 8th month - the month Bul, 17th day

the 8th month called Bul (pronounced Bool, בּוּל "rain")

1 Kgs.6 [38] And in the eleventh year, in the month Bul, which is the eighth month, was the house finished throughout all the parts thereof, and according to all the fashion of it. So was he seven years in building it.

בְּיֶרַח בּוּל, הוּא הַחֹדֶשׁ הַשְּׁמִינִי

(Part of October & November)

Judaism calls this month Cheshvan or Marheshvan. This is not in the Hebrew Scriptures.

--------------------------

The appearance of the Almighty in a form we can understand, mostly by the Word of Yehovah which is God

Gen.1 [1] In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

John.1

[1] In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

[2] The same was in the beginning with God.

[3] All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

[4] In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

[5] And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

[6] There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
[7] The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.
[8] He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.

[9] That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.

[10] He was in the world, and the world was made by him,

and the world knew him not.

[11] He came unto his own, and his own received him not.

[12] But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

[13] Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

[14] And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

[15] John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he, the Word was before me.

[16] And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.

[17] For the law was given (by God) to Moses (and) grace and truth came by Yeshua the Messiah.

[18] No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, the Word, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him, (the Father).

1Tim.3 [16] And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness:

God was manifest in the flesh,

justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

Isa.7 [14] Therefore Yehovah himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel, God with us.

Matt.1 [23] Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

---------------

וַיֵּרָא יְהוָה

and Yehovah appeared

Yehovah appeared unto Sammuel

1Sam.3 [21] And Yehovah appeared again in Shiloh: for Yehovah revealed himself to Samuel in Shiloh by the word of Yehovah

--------------

Yehovah appeared unto Abram

Gen.12

[1] Now Yehovah had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
[2] And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

[3] And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

[4] So Abram departed, as Yehovah had spoken unto him; and Lot went with him: and Abram was seventy and five years old when he departed out of Haran.
[5] And Abram took Sarai his wife, and Lot his brother's son, and all their substance that they had gathered, and the souls that they had gotten in Haran; and they went forth to go into the land of Canaan; and into the land of Canaan they came.

[6] And Abram passed through the land unto the place of Sichem, unto the plain of Moreh. And the Canaanite was then in the land.

[7] And Yehovah appeared unto Abram, and said, Unto thy seed will I give this land: and there builded he an altar unto Yehovah, who appeared unto him.

[8] And he removed from thence unto a mountain on the east of Bethel, and pitched his tent, having Bethel on the west, and Hai on the east: and there he builded an altar unto Yehovah, and called upon the name of Yehovah

Gen.17 [1] And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, Yehovah appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.

Gen.18 [1] And Yehovah appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day;

--------------

Yehovah appeared unto Isaac

Gen.26

[1] And there was a famine in the land, beside the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar.

[2] And Yehovah appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of:

[3] Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father;
[4] And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed;
[5] Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.

[6] And Isaac dwelt in Gerar:

----------------------

Yehovah appeared unto Jacob

Gen.35

[1] And God said unto Jacob, Arise, go up to Bethel, and dwell there: and make there an altar unto God, that appeared unto thee when thou fleddest from the face of Esau thy brother.
[2] Then Jacob said unto his household, and to all that were with him, Put away the strange gods that are among you, and be clean, and change your garments:
[3] And let us arise, and go up to Bethel; and I will make there an altar unto God, who answered me in the day of my distress, and was with me in the way which I went.
[4] And they gave unto Jacob all the strange gods which were in their hand, and all their earrings which were in their ears; and Jacob hid them under the oak which was by Shechem.
[5] And they journeyed: and the terror of God was upon the cities that were round about them, and they did not pursue after the sons of Jacob.
[6] So Jacob came to Luz, which is in the land of Canaan, that is, Bethel, he and all the people that were with him.

[7] And he built there an altar, and called the place El-beth-el: because there God appeared unto him, when he fled from the face of his brother.
[8] But Deborah Rebekah's nurse died, and she was buried beneath Bethel under an oak: and the name of it was called Allon-bachuth.

[9] And God appeared unto Jacob again, when he came out of Padan-aram, and blessed him.
[10] And God said unto him, Thy name is Jacob: thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name: and he called his name Israel.
[11] And God said unto him, I am God Almighty: be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall be of thee, and kings shall come out of thy loins;
[12] And the land which I gave Abraham and Isaac, to thee I will give it, and to thy seed after thee will I give the land.
[13] And God went up from him in the place where he talked with him.
[14] And Jacob set up a pillar in the place where he talked with him, even a pillar of stone: and he poured a drink offering thereon, and he poured oil thereon.
[15] And Jacob called the name of the place where God spake with him, Bethel.

-----------------

Gen.48

[1] And it came to pass after these things, that one told Joseph, Behold, thy father is sick: and he took with him his two sons, Manasseh and Ephraim.
[2] And one told Jacob, and said, Behold, thy son Joseph cometh unto thee: and Israel strengthened himself, and sat upon the bed.

[3] And Jacob said unto Joseph, God Almighty appeared unto me at Luz in the land of Canaan, and blessed me,

[4] And said unto me, Behold, I will make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, and I will make of thee a multitude of people; and will give this land to thy seed after thee for an everlasting possession.

God appears unto Moses

Exod.3 [1] Now Moses kept the flock of Jethro his father in law, the priest of Midian: and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of God, even to Horeb.
[
2] And the angel of Yehovah appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.
[
3] And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt.

[4] And when Yehovah saw that he turned aside to see,

God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I.

[5] And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground.

[6] Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.

Exod.4

[1] And Moses answered and said, But, behold, they will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice: for they will say, Yehovah hath not appeared unto thee.
[2] And Yehovah said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod.
[3] And he said, Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it.
[4] And Yehovah said unto Moses, Put forth thine hand, and take it by the tail. And he put forth his hand, and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand:
[5] That they may believe that Yehovah God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath appeared unto thee.

Exod.6

[1] Then Yehovah said unto Moses, Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh: for with a strong hand shall he let them go, and with a strong hand shall he drive them out of his land.
[2] And God spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am Yehovah:

[3] And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name Yehovah was I not known to them?

[4] And I have also established my covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their pilgrimage, wherein they were strangers.

Exod.16 [10] And it came to pass, as Aaron spake unto the whole congregation of the children of Israel, that they looked toward the wilderness, and, behold, the glory of Yehovah appeared in the cloud.

Lev.9 [4] Also a bullock and a ram for peace offerings, to sacrifice before Yehovah; and a meat offering mingled with oil: for to day Yehovah will appear unto you.

[6] And Moses said, This is the thing which Yehovah commanded that ye should do: and the glory of Yehovah shall appear unto you.

[23] And Moses and Aaron went into the tabernacle of the congregation, and came out, and blessed the people: and the glory of Yehovah appeared unto all the people.

Lev.16

[1] And Yehovah spake unto Moses after the death of the two sons of Aaron, when they offered before Yehovah, and died;
[2] And Yehovah said unto Moses, Speak unto Aaron thy brother, that he come not at all times into the holy place within the vail before the mercy seat, which is upon the ark; that he die not: for I will appear in the cloud upon the mercy seat.

Deut.31[15] And Yehovah appeared in the tabernacle in a pillar of a cloud: and the pillar of the cloud stood over the door of the tabernacle.

Yehovah appeared to Solomon

1Kgs.3 [5] In Gibeon Yehovah appeared to Solomon in a dream by night: and God said, Ask what I shall give thee.

1Kgs.9 [2] That Yehovah appeared to Solomon the second time, as he had appeared unto him at Gibeon.

Yehovah appeared to David

1Kgs.11 [9] And Yehovah was angry with Solomon, because his heart was turned from Yehovah God of Israel, which had appeared unto him twice,

Pss.102 [16] When Yehovah shall build up Zion, he shall appear in his glory.

Isa.66 [5] Hear the word of Yehovah, ye that tremble at his word; your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name's sake, said, Let Yehovah be glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed.

Jer.31

[1] At the same time, saith Yehovah, will I be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be my people.
[
2] Thus saith Yehovah, The people which were left of the sword found grace in the wilderness; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.

[3] Yehovah hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.

---

Ezek.1 [5] Also out of the midst thereof came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; they had the likeness of a man.

[13] As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance was like burning coals of fire, and like the appearance of lamps: it went up and down among the living creatures; and the fire was bright, and out of the fire went forth lightning.

[14] And the living creatures ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning.

[16] The appearance of the wheels and their work was like unto the colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel.

[26] And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it.

[27] And I saw as the colour of amber, as the appearance of fire round about within it, from the appearance of his loins even upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and it had brightness round about.

[28] As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about.

This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of Yehovah.

And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.

Mal.3 [1] Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to this temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith Yehovah of hosts.

[2] But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth?

for he is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap:

[3] And he shall sit as a refiner and purifer of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto Yehovah an offering in righteousness.

[3] And the angel of Yehovah appeared unto the woman, and said unto her, Behold now, thou art barren, and bearest not: but thou shalt conceive, and bear a son.

[4] Now therefore beware, I pray thee, and drink not wine nor strong drink, and eat not any unclean thing:
[5] For, lo, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and no rasor shall come on his head: for the child shall be a Nazarite unto God from the womb: and he shall begin to deliver Israel out of the hand of the Philistines.

[19] But when Herod was dead, behold, an angel of Yehovah appeareth in a dream to Joseph in Egypt, [20] Saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and go into the land of Israel: for they are dead which sought the young child's life.

Dan.10 [13] But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.

[21] But I will shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: and there is none that holdeth with me in these things, but Michael your prince.

Dan.12 [1] And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

Rev.12 [7] And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, [8] And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

Once upon a time, Halloween was banned

Halloween was not celebrated in this country until 1845

Stores are set up with their pagan decorations already – 2015

157 Million Americans Will Celebrate Halloween This Year

Let’s read:

Halloween was and is a popular pagan festival of the dead (sow –win - Samhain). The ancient Celts celebrated the New Year on November 1. They believed that the souls of the dead returned to Earth the night before.

Samhain is Gaelic for “summer’s end,” a day to bid good-bye to warmth and light as day length shortens.

In an attempt to replace this festival, the Catholic Church moved the celebration of All Saints to November 1. This is the day when all of the saints are honored, especially those who did not have a day of their own.

This day was formerly known as Allhallowmas, hallow meaning "holy" or "holy person." All Saints Day is known in England as All Hallows Day.

The evening before, October 31, is known as All Hallows Eve, the origin of the American word Halloween!

In later years, the Irish used hollowed-out, candlelit turnips carved with a demon’s face to frighten away the spirits. When Irish immigrants in the 1840s found few turnips in the United States, they used the more plentiful pumpkins instead, sad to say.

Often overshadowed by the two days preceding it, Halloween (October 31) and All Saints Day (November 1),

(November 2), All Souls Day is a solemn feast in the Roman Catholic Church commemorating all of those who have died and now are in Purgatory, being cleansed of their venial sins and the temporal punishments for the mortal sins that they had confessed and atoning before entering fully into Heaven.

History of All Souls Day:

The importance of All Souls Day was made clear by Pope Benedict XV (1914-22), when he granted all priests the privilege of celebrating three Masses on All Souls Day: one, for the faithful departed; one for the priest's intentions; and one for the intentions of the Holy Father. Only on a handful of other very important feast days are priests allowed to celebrate more than two Masses.

How’s that for pagan doctrine? Beware!

--------------

National Retail Federation on Halloween

Total spending on Halloween is expected to reach $6.9 billion

It is clear to see that HALLOWEEN HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PAGAN CELEBRATION OF DEATH.

See a lot of tombstone decorations where you live? Death abounds, beware!

-----------------------

Tis the season to be pagan” is coming, and already around us!

I am reminded always to inform you to beware of the false image of love, false emotions, loneliness, depression, financial drain, suicide and the artificial false festival lights they put up.

Satan really sets the stage for you.

Beware if you feel or hear a voice telling you to separate yourself for the congregation, go off on your own and read or whatever.

Some Pagan religions are having classes at their facilities to address these (false) issues.

---------------

Beware of the "false image" of love

Beware of "false feelings and emotions"

These pagan feasts bring on loneliness, depression, suicide and oh yes, debt.
