Today we use the Gregorian calendar from
Pope Gregory, from the 1500’s
Sad to say, it was
said, that the month June was named after the Roman goddess Juno, wife of Jupiter and
equivalent to the Greek goddess Hera, sick.

Today is
June 4, 2011

God has
His own calendar
Happy

Here are the dates for 2011 again:
**Remember, all 2011 dates I give you start in the *evening before*
The Feast of Weeks (a Sabbath) will be Sunday June 12th
**Remember: There is one
extra Sabbath left, besides the 7th day Sabbath each week
------------
**Remember: This is the “6th Sabbath” of the 7 Sabbaths we
were told to count.
We are counting the "Sabbaths" not omers
An "omer" is a
"sheaf" of barley - òîø
omer - A dry measure of
1/10 ephah (about 2 liters)
-------------
Lev.23 [15] And ye shall count
unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven Sabbaths shall be complete:
[16] Even unto the morrow after the
seventh Sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new
meat offering unto Yehovah.

Paul observing Pentecost / Feast of Weeks after the resurrection of
Messiah
Acts 2
[1] And when the day of
Pentecost / Feast of Weeks was fully come,
they were all with one accord in one place.
Acts 20 [16] For Paul had determined to sail by Ephesus, because he
would not spend the time in Asia: for he hasted, if it were
possible for him, to be at Jerusalem the day of Pentecost / Feast of Weeks.
1 Cor. 16 [8] But I will tarry at Ephesus until Pentecost / Feast of Weeks.

Today's
topic:
Time
to approach unto God, or did you look
back?
Again, today is the 6th week of the
"7 week" journey to meet God
How are you behaving these 50 days? (Physically
and Spiritually)
From slaves in Egypt to the people of
God
-------------
Don't
look back
Can two
walk together, except they be agreed?
Amos 3 [1] Hear this word that the YEHOVAH hath spoken against you, O
children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land
of Egypt, saying,
[2]You only have I known of all
the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your
iniquities.
[3] Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
----------
Spring
Holydays are almost gone again.
Summer is almost
here again.
Attendance
is low again.
Some people
have left the congregation again.
Some people
will not be with us for Feast of weeks after all my 7 weeks of preaching again.
How sad it
is…
This is the
same message year after year
----------
So you want peace, forget it!
Matt. 10 [34] Think not that I am come to
send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
[35] For I am come to set a man at variance
against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in
law against her mother in law.
[36] And a man's foes shall be they of his own
household.
[37] He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he
that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
[38] And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.
[39] He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he
that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.
----------
Luke 14 [26] If any man come to
me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and
children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he
cannot be my disciple.
Simply put, whatever you put before God is your
God. It is fine to prosper, be successful or be educated. Just make sure God is
FIRST in everything.
3 John 1 [2] Beloved, I wish
above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
----------
Don't
look back
Some Christians (Messiah followers) say, this
life is hard, it is vain to serve God and start to look
back
Mal. 3 [14] Ye have said, It
is vain to serve God: and what profit is it that we have kept his
ordinance, and that we have walked mournfully before the YEHOVAH of hosts?
----------
Exod. 14 [11] And they said unto Moses, Because there were no graves
in Egypt , hast thou taken us
away to die in the wilderness? wherefore hast thou
dealt thus with us, to carry us forth out of Egypt? [12] Is not this the word that we did tell thee in Egypt, saying,
Let us alone, that we may serve the Egyptians? For it
had been better for us to serve the Egyptians, than that we should die in the
wilderness.
Ecc. 7 [10] Say not thou, What is the cause that the
former days were better than these? for thou dost not
inquire wisely concerning this.
----------
1 John 2 [18] Little children, it is the last time:
and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come,
even now are there many antichrists;
whereby we know that it is the last time.
[19] They
went out from us, but they were not of us;
for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but
they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.
666
John 6 :66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no
more with him.
-------------
Jude 1 [19] These be they who separate themselves,
sensual, having not the Spirit.
----------
Jer. 7 [24] But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear, but walked in the counsels and in the imagination of their evil
heart, and went backward, and not
forward.
----------
2 Pet. 2 [20] For if after they
have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Yehovah and Saviour Yeshua the Messiah, they
are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them
than the beginning.
[21] For it had been better for them not to have known the way of
righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy
commandment delivered unto them.
[22] But it is happened unto them according to the
true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit
again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.
Prov. 26 [11] As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly.
--------------
Luke 17 [26] And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.
[27] They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in
marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and
destroyed them all.
[28] Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat,
they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
[29] But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and
brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
[30] Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.
[31] In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in
the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field,
let him likewise not return back.
[32] Remember Lot's wife.
Gen.19 [26] But
his wife looked back from behind him, and she
became a pillar of salt.
-------------
Backslider
ñåÌâ sûg - soog - A primitive root; to go
back, literally (to retreat) or figuratively (to apostatize): - backslider,

away, turn back, to be turned or driven back, be repulsed
------------------------------
Backsliding
îùÑáä îùÑåÌáä - meshûbâh, meshûbâh - mesh-oo-baw', mesh-oo-baw' - From H7725; apostasy: - backsliding,
turning away. turning away, turning back, apostasy, backsliding
ùÑåÌá - shûb, shoob - A primitive root; to turn back (hence, away)
Prov. 14 [14] The backslider in heart shall
be filled with his own ways: and a good man shall be satisfied from himself.
-------------
We should all be in:
"ONE FAMILY"
"ONE MIND"
We are from One Blood
Rom. 15 [5] Now the God of
patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded
one toward another according to Messiah Yeshua:
[6] That ye may
with one mind and one mouth glorify God,
even the Father of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah.
-------------
2 Cor. 13 [11] Finally,
brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and
peace shall be with you.
-------------
Phil. 1 [27] Only let your
conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Messiah:
that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs,
that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind
striving together for the faith of the gospel;
-------------
Phil. 2 [2] Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the
same love, being of one accord, of one mind.
-------------
1Pet.3[8] Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of
another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:
-------------
"ONE FAMILY"
Amos 3:2 You only have I known of all the families of the earth...
One family saved in Noah's time and Joshua's time
at Jericho
---------
"We are all
from One Blood"
Acts 17:
[23] For
as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this
inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD ( like most churches
and synagogues) .
Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him
declare I unto you. (The God of Israel)
[24] God that made the
world and all things therein, seeing that he is Yehovah of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with
hands;
[25] Neither is worshipped
with men's hands, as though he needed any
thing,
seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;
[26] And hath made of "one blood all
nations of men" for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the
bounds of their habitation;
[27]
That they should seek Yehovah, if haply they might feel
after him, and find him, though he be not far from
every one of us:
[28]
For in him we live, and move, and have our being;
as certain also of your own poets have said, For we
are also his offspring.
--------------
Who or
what shall separate us from the love of Messiah?
Heb. 3 [12] Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the
living God.
[13] But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any
of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
[14] For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of
our confidence stedfast unto the end;
[15] While it is said, To day if ye will
hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.
[16] For some, when they had heard, did provoke:
howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses.
[17] But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness?
[18] And to whom sware he that
they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not?
[19] So we see that
they could not enter in because of unbelief.
-----------
Rom. 8 [35] Who shall separate us from the love of Messiah?
shall tribulation,
or distress,
or persecution,
or famine,
or nakedness,
or peril,
or sword?
[36] As it is written (Pss. 44:22), For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
Pss. 44 [22] Yea, for thy
sake are we killed all the day long; we are counted as sheep for the slaughter.
[37] Nay, in all these
things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
[38] For I am persuaded,
that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor
things present, nor things to come,
[39] Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Messiah Yeshua our Lord.
-----------
Heb. 10 [38] Now the just shall live by faith:
but if any man draw back, my soul shall
have no pleasure in him.
[39] But we are not of them who draw back
unto perdition;
but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

A few
verses pertaining to the heart, the eyes and the will
Watch
that heart
Walking after
imagination of your own evil heart
Jer. 3 [17] At that
time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of Yehovah; and all the
nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of Yehovah, to Jerusalem:
neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart.
Jer. 7 [24] But
they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear, but walked in the counsels and in
the imagination of their evil heart, and went backward, and not forward.
Jer. 11 [8] Yet they obeyed not, nor inclined their ear, but walked every one in the imagination of their evil heart: therefore I will bring upon them all the words of this covenant,
which I commanded them to do; but they did them not.
Jer. 16 [12] And ye have done worse than your fathers; for, behold, ye
walk every one after the imagination of his evil heart, that they may not
hearken unto me:
Jer. 18 [12] And they said, There is no hope: but we will walk after our own
devices, and we will every one do the imagination of his evil heart.

A few verses pertaining to the
heart
Prov. 10 [20] The tongue of the just is as choice silver: the heart
of the wicked is little worth.
Prov. 12 [20] Deceit
is in the heart of them that imagine evil: but to the counsellers of peace is joy.

foolishness.

before honour is humility.
Prov. 22 [15]
Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; but the rod of correction
shall drive it far from him.
Ecc. 7 [3] Sorrow is better than laughter: for by the
sadness of the countenance the heart is made better.
[4] The heart of the wise is in the
house of mourning; but the heart of fools is in the house of mirth.
Ecc. 8 [11] Because sentence against an evil
work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is
fully set in them to do evil
Ecc. 9 [3] This is an evil among all things
that are done under the sun, that there is one event unto all: yea, also the
heart of the sons of men is full of evil, and madness is in their heart
while they live, and after that they go to the dead.
Jer. 17 [9] The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked:
who can know it?
Hos. 4 [11] Whoredom and wine and new wine take away the heart.

things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
[35] A good man out of the good treasure
of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the
evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.
Matt. 15 [18] But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth
from the heart; and they defile the man.
[19] For out of the heart proceed
evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:
[20] These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.
Mark
7 [21] For from
within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries,
fornications, murders,
[22] Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness,

[23] All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.
Luke 6 [45] A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of
his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart
his mouth speaketh.

Devised of his own heart
1 Kgs. 12 [27] If this people go up to do sacrifice in the house of Yehovah at Jerusalem, then shall the heart of this people turn again unto
their lord, even unto Rehoboam king of Judah, and they shall kill me, and go
again to Rehoboam king of Judah.
[28] Whereupon the king took counsel, and made two calves of gold, and
said unto them, It is too much for you to go up to Jerusalem: behold thy gods,
O Israel, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.
[29] And he set the one in Bethel, and the other put he in Dan.
[30] And this thing became a sin: for the people went to worship before
the one, even unto Dan.

lowest of the people, which were not of the sons of Levi.
[32] And Jeroboam ordained a feast
in the eighth month, on the fifteenth day of the month, like unto the
feast that is in Judah, and he offered upon the altar. So did he in Bethel, sacrificing unto the calves that he had made: and he
placed in Bethel the priests of the high places which he had made.
[33] So he offered upon the altar which he had made in Bethel
the fifteenth day of the eighth month, even in the month which he had devised of his own heart; and ordained a
feast unto the children of Israel: and he offered upon the altar, and burnt
incense.

Num. 15 [38] Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they
make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their

MAKE A STAND FOR GOD ONCE AND FOR ALL!
Feast of Weeks is coming next week!
2 Sabbaths in a row
Shabbat Shalom
---------------------------------------------------
Misc: You thought I
forgot, didn’t you?
For
you benefit, I explain the Sabbath each week
This is how simple it is:
The Sabbath is the 4th Commandment of
the covenant given to us at Mount Sinai in the 3rd month, Sivan
Exod. 20 [8] Remember the Sabbath day,
to keep it holy.
Ex. 20 [8] Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it
holy.
æëø Remember
zâkar - zaw-kar' - A primitive

to mention; make mention of, be mindful, recount, record (-er), remember, make
to be remembered, bring (call, come, keep, put) to (in) remembrance, still, think
on, well.
[9] Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
[10] But the seventh day is the sabbath of Yehovah thy God:
in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy
manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
[11]
For in six days Yehovah made heaven and earth,
the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore Yehovah blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

2 - nor finding thine own pleasure,
3 - nor speaking thine own words:
[14] Then shalt thou delight thyself in Yehovah; and I will cause thee to
ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of
Jacob thy father: for the mouth of Yehovah hath spoken
it.
------------
Lev. 23 [3] Six days
shall work be done: but the seventh day is the Sabbath

all your dwellings.

Buying and selling is evil on the
Sabbath
Neh. 13 [16] There dwelt
men of Tyre also therein, which brought fish, and all manner
of ware, and sold on the sabbath unto the children of
Judah, and in Jerusalem.
[17] Then I
contended with the nobles of Judah, and said unto them, What evil thing is
this that ye do, and profane the sabbath day?
------------------------
60 times in the Gospels and letters it uses the word Sabbath!

Let's
see what Yeshua, Paul
and the Apostles did:
Acts 13 [13] Now when Paul and his company loosed from Paphos, they came to Perga in Pamphylia: and John
departing from them returned to Jerusalem. [14] But when they
departed from Perga, they came to Antioch in Pisidia, and went into the synagogue on the Sabbath
day, and sat down. [15] And after the
reading of the law and the prophets the rulers
of the synagogue sent unto them, saying, Ye men and brethren,
if ye have any word of exhortation for the people, say on.
----
Acts 15 [21] For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him,
being read in the synagogues every Sabbath day.
----
Luke 4 [16] And he, Yeshua came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom (prescribed by God's law) was, he went into the
synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up for
to read. [17] And there was delivered unto him
the book of the prophet Esaias.
----
Acts 13: [27] For they that dwell at Jerusalem,
and their rulers, because they knew him not, nor yet the voices of the prophets
which are read every sabbath day, they have fulfilled them in
condemning him.
----
Acts 13 [42] And when the Jews were gone out of
the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these
words might be preached to them the next sabbath.
[44] And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of
God.
----
First day
of the Feast of Unleavened Bread is a Sabbath – Luke 23:56
Luke. 23 [56] And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the sabbath day according to the commandment.
----
"In
the future"
Yeshua said in Matt. 24 [20] But pray ye that your
flight be not in the winter, neither on the Sabbath day:

Again, Shabbat Shalom
