Today we use the Gregorian calendar
from Pope Gregory; from the 1500’s
Today is February 25th, 2017
February -- month of Februa
Middle English Februarius
Latin Februarius "of Februa"
Latin Februa(s) "Februa" + -arius "ary (pertaining to)"
Latin Februarius mensis "month of Februa"
Latin dies februatus "day of
purification"
Februarius had 28 days, until
circa 450 BC when it had 23 or 24 days on some of every second year, until
Julius when it had 29 days on every fourth year and 28 days otherwise.
Februa is the
Roman festival of purification held on February
fifteenth.

Yehovah has His own calendar
We are now in God’s 11th
month Sh’vat, 27th
day
Zech.1 [1] In the eighth month, in the second year of Darius, came the word
of Yehovah unto Zechariah, the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo the prophet, saying, [7] Upon
the four and twentieth day of the eleventh month,
which is the month Sebat חֹדֶשׁ

they cast Pur, that is, the lot, before Haman from

I will explain the Sabbath, the 7th
day
Gen.2
[1]
Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
[2]
And on the seventh day God ended his work which
he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had
made.
[3]
And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it:
because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
Lev. 23 [32] … from even (sunset) unto even (sunset), shall ye celebrate your
Sabbath.
The
Sabbath is the 4th Commandment of the covenant given to us at Mount Sinai in
the 3rd month, Sivan
The 10
commandments are in Exod. 20 and Deut. 5
Ex. 20
[8] Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.
זכר Remember
zâkar - zaw-kar' - A primitive root; properly to mark (so
as to be recognized), that is, to remember; by implication to mention; make
mention of, be mindful, recount, record (-er), remember, make to be
remembered, bring (call, come, keep, put) to (in) remembrance, still, think on,
well.
[9] Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
[10] But the seventh day is the sabbath of Yehovah thy God:
in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy
daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger
that is within thy gates:
[11] For in six days Yehovah made heaven and earth, the
sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore Yehovah blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
--------
Isa. 58 [13] If thou turn away thy foot
from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure
on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of Yehovah, honorable; and shalt honor him,
1 - not doing thine own ways
2 - nor finding thine own pleasure
3 - nor speaking thine own words:
[14] Then shalt thou delight thyself in Yehovah; and I will cause thee to
ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee
with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of Yehovah hath spoken it.
------------
Lev. 23 [3] Six days shall work be
done: but the seventh day is the Sabbath of rest, an "holy
convocation"; ye shall do no work therein: it is
the Sabbath of Yehovah in all your
dwellings.
Dwelling מושׁב môshâv - seat,
assembly, dwelling-place, dwelling, your situation, location, (at) time of
dwelling.
The Sabbath is
a "holy convocation, a miqra kodesh"
מקרא miqra: convocation, convoking, reading, a calling together,
sacred assembly, something called out, that is, a public meeting (the act, the
persons, or the place); also a rehearsal
קדשׁ kodesh: a sacred place or thing; consecrated, dedicated,
hallowed, holiness, saint, sanctuary, apartness, sacredness, separateness,
apartness, sacredness, holiness: All to the God of Israel.
------------
Buying and selling is evil on the
Sabbath
Neh. 13 [16] There dwelt men of Tyre also therein, which brought fish, and all manner
of ware, and sold on the sabbath unto the
children of Judah, and in Jerusalem.
[17] Then I contended with the nobles of Judah,
and said unto them, what evil thing is
this that ye do, and profane the Sabbath day?
------------------------------------------
The first day is mentioned only 2 times when they met for
certain events in Acts and the letter to the Corinthians
It never says the 1st day replaced the 7th day as
Sabbath
It never says the 1st day is a Commandment or a rest
Acts 20:7 And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came
together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the
morrow; and continued his speech until midnight.
Why doesn’t any pseudo
Christian ever mention the 60 times in the Gospels and
letters it uses the word Sabbath!
They only mention these 2 places, Acts 20:7 - 1
Corinthians 16:2
-----------------------
What is sin?
-------------------------
Today’s Topic:
Truth brings division, a parting,
disunion, dissension
One way to look at the Scripture above is that
the more you learn the truth, the more you see the fallacy of your friends,
relatives or acquaintances in the ways they interpret Scripture.
You might be able to get along with these people
on general principles of life, but when it comes to discussing Scripture,
passions run wild and there is no communion.
This leaves us in the same position as Yeshua found himself, there will be
division.
You might find
yourself alone!
Luke.12 [51] Suppose ye that I,
Yeshua am come to give peace on earth?
I, Yeshua tell you, Nay; but rather
division:
divided, three against two, and two against
three.
[53] The
father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the
mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in
law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in
law.
-----------------
Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hates you.
[8] He that committeth sin is of the
devil; for the devil sinneth from the
beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might
destroy the works of the devil.
[9] Whosoever is born of
God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in
him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
[10] In this the
children of God are manifest, and the children of the
devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
[11] For this is the
message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
[12] Not as Cain, who
was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous.
[13] Marvel
not, my brethren, if the world hates you.
John 15 [18] If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it
hated you. [19] If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have
chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
[20] Remember the
word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they
have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying,
they will keep yours also.
[21] But all these things will they do unto you for my
name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.
[22] If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they
have no cloke for their sin.
[23] He that hates me hates my Father also.
[24] If I had not done
among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now
have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.
---------------------
Peter tells us:
1Pet.4
[1]
Forasmuch then as Messiah hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves
likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased
from sin;
[2] That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the
lusts of men, but to the will of God.
[3]
For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the
Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and
abominable idolatries:
[4]
Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of
riot, speaking evil of you:
[5] Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead.
[12] Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial
which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:
[13]
But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Messiah's sufferings; that, when his
glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.
[14] If ye be reproached for the name of Messiah, happy are ye; for the spirit
of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part
he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.
[15]
But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or
as a busybody in other men's matters.
[16] Yet if any man suffer as a Messiah follower (Christian), let him not be
ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.
[17]
For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it
first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of
God?
[18]
And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner
appear?
[19]
Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping
of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.
----------------------
Let’s
consider the Apostle Saul / Paul’s stand
Perils, Perils, Perils
2 Cor.11 ... Paul
.... in labours more abundant, in
stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent,
in deaths oft.
[24] Of the Jews five
times received I forty stripes save one.
[25 ]
Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck,
a night and a day I have been in the deep;
[26] In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils
of robbers, in perils by mine own countrymen , in perils by the heathen, in
perils in the city, in perils in the
wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false
brethren;
[27] In weariness and painfulness, in
watchings often, in
hunger and thirst, in fastings
often, in cold and nakedness.
[28] Beside those things
that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches.
--------------------
Book of Micah
tells us:
Mic.7 [5] Trust ye not in a friend, put ye not confidence in a guide:
keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in
thy bosom.
[6] For the son dishonoureth
the father, the daughter riseth up against her
mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man's enemies are the
men of his own house.
[7] Therefore I will
look unto Yehovah; I will wait for the God of my
salvation: my God will hear me.
-------------------
Matt.10 [21] And the brother
shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the
children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death.[22] And ye shall
be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he
that endureth to the end
shall be saved.
[32]
Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before
my Father which is in heaven.
[33] But
whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which
is in heaven.
[34] Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
[35] For I am come to
set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother,
and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
[36] And a man's foes
shall be they of his own household.
[37] He that loveth father or mother more than me is
not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter
more than me is not worthy of me.
[38] And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth
after Me, is not worthy of Me.
[39] He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.
-------------------
Matt.13 [57] And
they were offended in him. But Yeshua said unto them,
A prophet is not without honour,
save in his own country, and in his own house.
------
Mark 6 [4] But Yeshua said unto them, A prophet is
not without honour, but in his own country, and among
his own kin, and in his own house.
Luke 21 [16] And ye shall be
betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some
of you shall they cause to be put to death. [17] And ye
shall be hated of all men for my name's sake.[18] But there
shall not an hair of your head perish.[19] In your patience possess ye your
souls.
------------------------------
Luke 17 [1] Then
said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but
woe unto him, through whom they come!
[2] It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he
cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.
[3] Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him;
and if he repent, forgive him.
[4] And if he trespass against thee seven times in a
day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.
John 6[61]
When Yeshua knew in himself that his disciples
murmured at it, he said unto them, Doth this offend
you?
John 16 [1] These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be
offended.
[2] They shall put you
out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever
killeth you will think that he doeth God service.
[3] And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known
the Father, nor me.
[31] Yeshua answered them, Do ye now believe?
--------------------
Rev.20 [4] And I saw thrones,
and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of
Yeshua, and for the word of God, and which had not
worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon
their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with
Messiah a thousand years.
---------
John.10 [30] I and my Father are one.
1 John 2:22 Who
is a liar but he that denieth that Yeshua is the Messiah? He is antichrist that denies the
Father and the Son / Word.
23 Whosoever denies the
Son (Word), the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth
the (Word), Son hath the Father also.
2 John 1:7 For many deceivers are
entered into the world, who confess not that Yeshua is the Messiah and that he is come in the flesh (of
Israel). This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine
of Messiah, hath not God.
He that abides
in the doctrine of Messiah, he hath both the Father and the Son (the Word).
10 If there
come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your
house, neither bid him God speed:
11 For he that
biddeth him God speed is
partaker of his evil deeds.
John 3 [
18]
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath
not believed in the name of the only begotten Son (Word), of God.
[36] He that believeth on the Son (the Word), hath everlasting life: and he
that believeth not the Son (the Word), shall not
see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
----------- Not of God----------
1 John 4 [3] And every spirit that confesses not that Yeshua the Messiah, is come in the flesh (of Israel) is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist , whereof ye have heard that it
should come; and even now already is it in the world.
[6] We are of God: he
that knows God hears us; he that is not of God hears
not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and
the spirit of error.
---------------------------
Remember:
Messiah always brings divisions in families, friends or peers, fret
not!
Mark.13 [12] Now the brother
shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall
rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.[13] And
ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake:
but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall
be saved.
John.7 [43] So there was a division among the people because
of Hm.
----------------------
Here is the
stand you need to make if people are trying to turn you away from the God of
Israel, basically stealing your eternal life.
Yeshua always gives the worst-case scenario
to show you the eternal importance of the matter.
Luke.14 [26 ] If any man come
to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and
wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. (This is if they are trying
to turn you away from the God of Israel to some pagan god)
[27] And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and
come after me, can b not be my disciple.
-----------------
---------------------
1 John 5
[1]
Whosoever believeth that Yeshua is the Messiah is
born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat
loveth him also that is begotten of him.
[2] By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love
God, and keep his commandments.
[3] For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and
his commandments are not grievous.
[4]
For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world:
and this is the victory that overcometh the world,
even our faith.
[5]
Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that
believeth that Yeshua is the Son of God?
[6] This is he that came by water and blood, even Yeshua
the Messiah; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit
that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.
[7]
For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the
Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
[8]
And there are three that bear witness in earth, the spirit, and the water, and
the blood: and these three agree in one.
[9]
If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is
the witness of God which he hath testified of His Son.
The Word
[10]
He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar;
because he believeth not the record that God gave of
His Son. The Word
[11] And this is the record, that God hath
given to us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. The Word
[12]
He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not
the Son of God hath not life.
[13]
These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of
God; that ye may know that ye have eternal
life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son
of God. The Word
[14]
And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing
according to his will, he heareth us:
[15] And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have
the petitions that we desired of him.
[16]
If any man see his brother sin a (ignorant) sin which is not unto death, he shall ask,
and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death.
There is a sin unto death (presumptuous, on purpose): I do not say that he shall pray for it.
[17]
All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a (ignorant) sin not unto death.
[18]
We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not(presumptuous,
on purpose); but he that is begotten of God keepeth
himself, and that wicked one toucheth
him not.
[19]
And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth
in wickedness. (Seems like it)
[20]
And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding,
that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in His
Son Yeshua the Messiah. This is the true God, and
eternal life.
[39]
Search the scriptures *TaNaK*; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of Me, Yeshua!
[21] Little
children, keep yourselves from idols.
Make a stand for Truth!
Please remember people that are:
nice, sweet,
decent, moral or conservative may not be holy in the sight of God. These attributes are wonderful, except they
don’t merit salvation and eternal life!
Learn the difference: most “nice people” are not “holy”,
according to Scripture, and are lost!
Matt.7 [13] Enter ye in at the strait gate:
for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to
destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
[14] Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leads
unto life, and
few there be that find it.
Be one of the few
