One in Messiah Congregation

Part of the Congregation of Israel

All welcome

-------------

My ministry is to bring up topics in the Bible that have never been discussed, mentioned or deleted in your life that God wants you to know.

                                                                               -----------------

  Let’s Pray

-----------

Today we use the Gregorian calendar (from Pope Gregory, 1500's)

 October 16, 2010

 --------------

We restore God’s calendar

God has His own calendar that has been deleted from our lives

We are in the 8th month called Bul (pronounced Bool, "rain"), 7th day

1 Kgs.6 [38] And in the eleventh year, in the month Bul, which is the eighth month, was the house finished throughout all the parts thereof, and according to all the fashion of it. So was he seven years in building it.

(Part of October & November)

Judaism calls this month Cheshvan or Marheshvan

This is not in the Hebrew Scriptures.

Topic: Back by popular demand, these questions:

People tell me all the time, all churches, religious groups and synagogues say they are the only true right one to attend, they say they all have the truth.

How many truths are there?

How can all the religions and faiths be right when they are all different in theology and doctrine and are at odds with each other?

Most say they all believe in Jesus or some other god.

They say we are all headed to the same place, just taking a different path to get there.

Is that right?

Are they all wrong?

Who should I believe?

Where should I attend?

Prove all things with every word that proceeded out of the mouth of the God of Israel

----------------------------------------------

I have comprised a "short checklist" a few years ago of scriptural credentials you need to "check off" as you carefully choose what congregation you plan to attend and study with.

I always receive much opposition about my checklist with some that don’t know scripture as they should, which is to be expected.

However, I say again, “Prove all things with the Word” that proceeded out of the mouth of the God of Israel

Matt.4[4] But he Yeshua  answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

First, I must establish my premise by quoting a few scriptures that can’t be denied:

Only “One Way” to the Father, by Yeshua the Messiah

John 10 [1] Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber

[9] I, Yeshua the Messiah am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

John.14[6]  Yeshua saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Only “One Name” to believe on to obtain “salvation and have eternal life” and that is Yeshua the Messiah

Acts. 4 [12] Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

1 John 3 [23] And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Yeshua the Messiah, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.

1 John 5 [11] And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

[12] He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

[13] These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

[20] And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Yeshua the Messiah. This is the true God, and eternal life.

Only the God of Israel

Exod.22 [20] He that sacrificeth unto any god, save unto the Yehovah only, he shall be utterly destroyed.

Now then:

Let’s go over this checklist again J

-------------------------------------

Go down this short checklist with the church or synagogue you attend.

Please, before you read this checklist, just remember:

Jer. 16 [19] O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit.

------------

This checklist is in no certain order

1 - Does the church / synagogue believe Yeshua is the Messiah, the Word of YHVH made flesh, Savior of the world?

(Make sure they don't believe Yeshua is just some man or just a prophet)

------------

2 -

A - Does the church / synagogue keep the 10 commandments?

Especially look for the 4th commandment, the Sabbath, which is on Friday sundown until Saturday sundown - no work, no buying and selling.

B -What is the main day your church or synagogue meets, Saturday or Sunday? (Should be Saturday) Sunday is the first day of the week to work.

C - Does the church / synagogue say it is a “commandment” to light candles on the Sabbath? (very false – no such commandment in scripture)

D - Does the church / synagogue welcome in the Sabbath Queen on the Sabbath? (very false)

Judaism has many other false traditions, beware!

Don't be tricked and brought into a "messianic" group that follows Judaism - (hundreds of flavors).

------------

3 - Does the church / synagogue know and observe the "Feasts of the Lord" (not from Judaism) or do they do pagan holidays?

Some pagan holidays and observancesnot to observe”, too many to list:

Chanukah (same time as Christmas) – on the 25th of Kislev are the days of Chanukah, which are eight days... these were appointed a Festival with Hillel [prayers of praise] and thanksgiving. - Shabbat 21b, Babylonian Talmud (we don't follow)

Don't buy a 8 or 9 candlestick Menorah, unscriptural, no 8 days of oil in the Maccabee stories – all made up

Christmas was banned until 1659 in America – nothing to do with Messiah

Easter, (bunnies lay eggs?)

Valentine’s Day

Saint Patrick Day

History of Thanksgiving (to the wrong God, not the God of Israel)

On November 26, 1789, Present George Washington issued a general proclamation for a special day of thanks

President Abraham Lincoln proclaimed the last Thursday in November, 1863 as "A day of thanksgiving and praise to our beneficent Father."

Each year afterward for 75 years, the President of the United States formally proclaimed that Thanksgiving Day should be celebrated on the last Thursday of November.

But then the ugly face of liberalism, humanism, and secularism began to show its destructive force on the public scene.

In 1939 President Franklin D. Roosevelt set Thanksgivng one week earlier. Reason? He wanted to help business by lengthening the shopping period before Christmas.

Congress finally ruled in 1941 that the fourth Thursday of November would be observed as Thanksgiving Day and would be a legal federal holiday.

The original made up reason, as believed for those first Puritan settlers to celebrate a Thanksgiving Day was to give thanks to their Protestant Almighty God for His goodness, grace and bountiful provision. Today it has become just another government holiday for people to have an excuse to get out of work, and to start their Christmas shopping sooner.

Halloween – very pagan, was not celebrated in this country until 1845

Fat Tuesday

Lent

Conformation

Ash Wednesday - too many Catholic feasts to list

Kwanzaa - Ron Karenga (aka Dr. Maulana Ron Karenga) invented the seven-day feast (Dec. 26-Jan. 1) in 1966, branding it a black alternative to Christmas

Judaism's Rosh Hashanah, New Year and Passovers are all wrong (don't follow Jewish calendars, they have made-up names)

Bar or Bat - Mitzvahs

Tu B' Shevat - too many feasts in Judaism to list

Tisha B'Av  -  No Av in scripture

(Just anything you can't verify by the scriptures is made up)

------------

4 - Does the church / synagogue know about the "7 Sabbaths" in the feasts of YHVH?

------------

5 - What version of scripture is used at the church / synagogue? (any version other then the KJV in English is erroneous. This will show if the leader there did his or her homework on bible versions in English) There hundreds of versions to deceive you.

You better do your home work on Bible versions.

Don't be tricked and brought into a debate with someone you can tell did not do his or her due diligence in this matter.

------------

6 - Does the church / synagogue add or diminish from the Word of YHVH?

------------

7 - What is the title of the leader of the church / synagogue? (Make sure it is not rabbi or messianic rabbi or Father)

------------

8 - Does the church / synagogue know about the calendar of YHVH?

------------

9 - Does the church / synagogue know about YHVH New Year?

------------

1 - Don't be tricked and brought into a Two House Doctrine of today (hundreds of flavors today 2010).

We do believe in the Two Houses Of Jacob, Israel, in scripture that will be brought back together and innumerable amount of nations, gentiles will the Body.

2 - Also don't be tricked into believing you "might be" Yosef or Ephraim. (You never can prove that anyway, the name Ephraim shows up "only once" in the Gospels and letters only as a city)

Read:

Rev. 7 [4] And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.  (Ephraim is not named there)

[9] After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

[10] And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.
